Appointments Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. We request 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. SNOW POLICY We follow Harrisonburg City School CANCELLATION policy.  If Harrisonburg City Schools are cancelled, our office is CLOSED.  If the city schools are delayed, we will operate as originally scheduled.  We will not be delayed.  If you are uncomfortable with driving conditions, please give us a call to reschedule.  Financial At our initial exam appointment, we are happy to discuss financial information. Orthodontic fees range according to the duration and type of treatment needed for each patient. A variety of financing options are available to help in family budgeting. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Insurance We work with our families who are covered by orthodontic insurance to ensure they receive their full benefit. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Our administrative staff is trained to assist our patients in understanding their coverage and filing necessary information to process their claim.
